AES New Delhi Tuition & Fees Breakdown

Advance Deposit

New Students: Once a child has been offered admission, an advanced deposit of USD 2,000 is due within 10 calendar days to secure the child's space (this amount will be credited toward the tuition fee).

Current Students (re-enrollment): A re-enrollment fee of USD 2,000 is required by March 15 to reserve a student’s space for the upcoming school year. This amount is credited toward tuition. From March 16 there will be an additional late fee of USD 500. The re-enrollment fee payment is refundable until March 31. After this date, the re-enrollment fee is non-refundable, and re-enrollment is subject to space availability.

US Dollar Payments

Tuition and fees are payable in USD via credit card, direct transfer to our Bank of America account, or check payable in the US. Cash is not accepted for tuition fees.

Indian Rupee Payments

Payment may be made in Indian rupees when approved by the Director of Business and Operations. Payment must be made by check, bank draft, or wire transfer drawn on a New Delhi bank. AES follows a monthly exchange rate. Please contact the Business Office [email protected] for the current rate.

Exchange Rate

AES follows a monthly exchange rate. The exchange rate for USD 1.00 for the current month: September 2024, USD—INR 84

This rate is applicable for all payments received in the AES cash office between September 1–30, 2024

Per AES Board Policy, tuition fees are payable in US dollars via checks payable in the US, credit cards, or direct transfers to our Bank of America account.

We understand that each family's financial situation is unique. That's why the school has developed ways to accommodate those families who wish to use a payment plan option to pay tuition for the 2024–2025 school year. The payment schedules allow AES self-paying families more flexibility in paying for tuition,​
